MarineWaze.com is an ecommerce website operated by Sana Deals, Inc. Sana Deals, Inc. is the legal seller, contracting party, payment recipient, and entity responsible for orders placed through MarineWaze.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use MarineWaze.com only for lawful purposes. Product guidance, compatibility information, educational content, and recommendations are provided to help with purchasing decisions, but they do not replace manufacturer documentation, qualified installation, inspection, or professional marine advice. Verify critical specifications, compatibility, capacity, and installation requirements before purchase and use.

Product information and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate. Manufacturers and suppliers may change products or documentation without notice. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, price, or shipment. We may contact you to correct an error, confirm information, limit quantities, cancel an unavailable or incorrectly listed item, or issue a refund.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review, product availability, shipping restrictions, and applicable manufacturer or supplier requirements. Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. Never send payment-card details by email or through the contact form.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, charges, eligibility, and estimated delivery timing are shown or confirmed during checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Returns, refunds, defects, and warranty

Returns require prior written authorization and an RMA. A return request is not automatic approval. Eligibility depends on the product, condition, timing, manufacturer or supplier rules, and disclosures shown before purchase. Defect and warranty claims may require troubleshooting or direct manufacturer/distributor service. There is no blanket promise that every product carries the same warranty or return eligibility. Compatibility can depend on the exact model, part number, boat configuration, software or firmware, network, voltage, mounting, transducer, accessories, and installation method. Do not rely on a generic statement as proof of fit. Follow current manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards. Professional installation may be required or may affect warranty eligibility.

Manufacturer names and trademarks

Manufacturer names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. A product listing or brand reference does not by itself state that MarineWaze is an authorized dealer, warranty service center, or representative of that manufacturer.
