Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, charges, restrictions, and estimates depend on the exact product, destination, current availability, payment review, carrier conditions, and other order-specific factors.

Handling time and carrier transit time are separate. A tracking number may be created before the carrier physically accepts or scans a package.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns and refunds

Customers must contact MarineWaze before returning a product. Return eligibility, timing, condition requirements, fees, and return destination depend on the exact product and circumstances.

Wait for written MarineWaze return instructions and any required RMA or other authorization before shipping a product back.

Opened, activated, registered, installed, powered, programmed, special-order, custom, hazardous-material, clearance, cartography, software-media, or other restricted products may have separate return limitations.

Some eligible non-defective returns may be subject to applicable shipping, handling, restocking, or similar charges when permitted. Any applicable return fee will be disclosed during return authorization before the customer ships the item back.

Authorized returns may be inspected for product identity, serial number, condition, completeness, packaging, accessories, and compliance with the return authorization before a final resolution is determined.

Once an authorized return is received, inspected, and approved, MarineWaze will initiate any applicable refund to the original payment method. Payment-provider and financial-institution processing times may vary.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise questionable, preserve the product, carton, labels, inserts, and packaging and contact MarineWaze promptly.

MarineWaze may request photographs, order information, product identifiers, serial numbers, shipping labels, packaging evidence, or other information needed to investigate the issue.

Defects and troubleshooting

A product that does not work as expected is not automatically proven defective. Product identity, wiring, voltage, power quality, configuration, firmware, installation, networking, compatibility, accessories, environmental conditions, or other factors may need to be checked before the appropriate remedy is determined.

If continued operation could create a safety risk or equipment damage, stop using or installing the equipment and follow applicable manufacturer guidance.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is product- and manufacturer-specific. MarineWaze does not make one blanket manufacturer-warranty promise for every item sold on the website.
